Components that hold tolerance under load.
Chassis, suspension and axle components for trailer, truck, bus and axle-system manufacturers — the parts that carry weight, absorb shock and are expected to keep doing it for years.
What we make
Components for the
automotive sector.
What we do
The work we do for
automotive customers.
Bushes, bearings & wear pads
Suspension and chassis bushes, spherical bearings and wear pads moulded for trailer, truck and bus axle and suspension systems.
Mounts & air-suspension pistons
Anti-vibration mounts and air-spring pistons made to the customer’s drawing and built to resist compression set in service.
Cost and weight reduction
Existing components reworked to cost less, weigh less or last longer, with the grade, tool and gate chosen for the duty.
Dedicated gauges per component
Gauges built for each part and validated with the customer against their drawing, so conformance is measured the same way on both sides.
Why it holds
Vertical integration is how
the tolerance survives.
A chassis component that is moulded in one plant, machined in another and inspected in a third accumulates error at every handover. We removed the handovers.
Moulding and machining together
Six moulding machines, four CNCs and three lathes on the same site. A bore that must hold ±0.05 is moulded and finished by the same team, on the same day, against the same gauge.
The fix is a short walk away
When a dimension drifts, the person who can correct the tool is in the building. Problems are caught in hours rather than discovered in a customer’s goods-inward inspection.
Exhaustive testing before supply
Endurance and impact rigs put components through cyclic loading and sudden shock in-house, so wear life and impact performance are measured against the duty cycle rather than read off a data sheet.
